Boarding Requirements
To ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all cats in our care, we have a few simple requirements prior to boarding.
If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to help.
Vaccinations
All cats must have a current F3 vaccination (within the past 12 months).
For kittens completing their initial course, we recommend allowing at least two weeks after their final vaccination before boarding to ensure full protection.
Proof of vaccination is required prior to confirming your booking.
Flea & Worming
All cats must be up to date with flea and worming treatments for the duration of their stay.
If this has not been completed prior to arrival, we can administer treatment on check-in for a small fee.
Desexing
All cats must be desexed prior to boarding.
Health & Behaviour
We kindly ask that all cats are in good health and free from any signs of illness prior to their stay.
If your cat has any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or behavioural considerations, please let us know, we are more than happy to tailor their care where possible.
Food & Routine
We provide dry food throughout the day, along with one wet meal daily.
You are welcome to bring your cat’s preferred food if they have a specific diet or routine, and we will do our best to follow this as closely as possible.
Carriers
For safety, all cats must arrive and depart in a secure carrier.
Veterinary Care
If your cat requires veterinary attention during their stay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we will attend your preferred vet if within a reasonable distance, otherwise we will use a trusted local veterinary clinic.
Our goal is to make your cat’s stay as calm and comfortable as possible, while ensuring a safe environment for all of our guests.
